Brian 'Lewis' Ingram has been serving the Ashton and Tameside area`s for over 17 years, specialising in Tattoo's and Body Piercing and is also registered with the local health authority.

He was a Merit award winner in 1985 and is member of the European Tattoo Artist Association.
