Decisions was opened by Val Unwin in August 1999. The shop is located at the back of Ashton Market Hall near to Sew & Sews. Decisions stocks exclusive clothing labels and caters for all ages and sizes. Labels stocked include Offshoot (10-20), InWear(8-16), Part 2 (10-16), Sahari (10-18), Sasperilla trousers, SOL tops, Sabatine shoes and Pure bags. Young designer labels such as Sassy, Macbeth and Baylis and Knight are also stocked and these collections all feature boned corsets and bodices with matching trousers and skirts. Denim features strongly this summer and the following Autumn with many different styles available from Sasperilla and InWear. Decisions also carries items of French stock, including Ficelle trousers and a good selection of coats which are bought on a weekly basis. All these labels are very competitively priced and exclusive to decisions in Ashton.

The emphasis in this shop is on smart casual clothing.
